How to order
Jonas Morecock, a blond, wholesome-looking cartoon everygay, appears in nine short "tales of the strange and bizarre," many of which involve brushes with fictional or legendary
creatures the Loch Ness monster, the
chupacabra, Big Foot, Godzilla, Moby Dick. He's abducted by space aliens, stranded on a desert island, and sent to Purgatory. Everywhere he goes, he has
sex with UPS delivery men, a Scotsman wearing a kilt, a ghost, a gay Mexican couple, a lumberjack, a pair of government agents, a Japanese lad, a steward on a cruise ship, a merman,
an archangel, and Satan. Joe Phillips, who dreamed up this material and directed, narrates with a gleefully down-and-dirty Harvey Fierstein growl.
This imaginative animated feature recently won and deserved a
GayVN award for Best Alternative Release. The artwork has the sexy, unaffectedly sophisticated, strong graphic
style familiar to fans of Phillips's work for DC Comics
(Superboy, Captain America) and
XY magazine. There are bawdy, spirited parodies of Disney, Hitchcock,
anime, Saturday morning cartoons, and The
X-Files. The hardcore sex is funny, inventive, and more effectively erotic than many recent live-action gay adult videos. The fucking is bareback, but what could be safer than
a cartoon?
