In this above-average feature from Florida's South Beach Video, various guys use whatever means necessary to have sex with cops. The first and fourth of five sex scenes stand out. In the opening segment, jaywalker Michael
Vista gets deliberately arrested by Officer Michael Brandon, who provides him with a chance to show off his mastery of the gag reflex. Later, Titan Media alumnus Joshua Scott, who makes fake emergency calls to draw cops to his
door, gets vigorously fucked by police rookie Drew Larson. There's also a ticket-fixing encounter between cigar-smoking motorcycle cop Joe Stratton and yuppie scofflaw Scott Spears, a fling between young patrolman Dakota
Phillips and Miami PD veteran Rock, and (the only dud) an oral quickie between Scott and bearish Erik Schoemann. The idea of a police safe house for "taking care of tickets" sexually may be pure fantasy, but the one element here
that really belongs to the Twilight Zone is the appearance of a cop within seconds of a 911 call.
