The six cast members -- mix-and-match blonds and brunets -- are shown clowning their way along a picturesque waterfront, lasciviously slurping ice cream, and visiting a public beach. Viewers who don't recognize the Portuguese flag or know how to process
the secondary title, Faro Heat, may not even realize that the beach resort this twinkish group is exploring is Faro, capital of the Algarve district on Portugal's south coast. The location may be irrelevant, in any case, because the half-dozen sexual sequences -- several of
which take place in or near a swimming pool -- could have been shot anywhere. The anonymous director interrupts the monotony of routine one-on-one sex now and then with a juicy facial cumshot or a frankly but casually bareback vignette. Portugal deserves better.
