How to order
A goateed young guy in cutoffs and a backward baseball cap climbs down a flight of stairs and enters a vandal-trashed industrial basement. Setting his chunky boom box down on a seatless toilet, he flicks on
a lowdown techno-fuck tape, spray-paints "101 THINGS TO DO WITH FLESH" on the wall, then sits down and eats a banana. Except for the 15-minute eternity in the middle of the video when the lights go out and
everyone continues having sex while holding flashlights, this opening bit is the most interesting portion of
Underground Sex Club.
A feature-length nonstop orgy with ten fairly attractive models (seven of whom appeared in this production team's
Bone Alone) certainly sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately, this is a poorly
executed mishmash, with amateurish camerawork and Veg-o-matic editing. (You may find yourself playing Name the Body Part.)
Since William Hunter, who directed and probably edited, has done work for Catalina of professional quality,it's interesting to wonder what aspect of this independent production did him in.
