How to order
Erik Rhodes, who has a bodybuilder's bulk and Tony Soprano's jaw, portrays a limo driver whose work takes him all over San Francisco's gleaming nocturnal topography. His head
is brimming with wise, dark thoughts. Sometimes, in voiceover, he gives vent to such pearls as "People don't see what they don't want to." His clients, who luckily can't access his
interior dorkiness, frequently treat him to sex. In the opening sequence, he's fucked by yuppie customer Derrick Vinyard (or-- in an unexplained alternate version included as a special
feature-- Jason Kennedy). In the final scene, he orgies at a sex shop with a young blond rider (promising newcomer Hunter James) who has ditched his female date.
Between these segments, there are two tangential episodes involving a pair of drunken sailors (Rod Barry and Tyler Marks) and a Shore Patrolman (Matt Majors) who have a
forceful but underdeveloped three-way in an alley, and couple (Roman Heart and Benjamin Bradley) whose bedtime snuggle escalates into a session with a fat black dildo. But the
sex-shop sequence, in which lewd, long-haired James seems to revel in bottoming for Andrew Bryant, Tony
Bishop, Cypher, and Rhodes, stands out. So do John Simms's atmospheric
nighttime videography, and the individual contributions of most of the cast.
