In a sea of tired would-be Latino videos, Tiger's Brooklyn Tails
stands out like a boner in sweatpants. Enrique Cruz has assembled a cast of hot young black and
Latino homeboys straight from the streets of Brooklyn. Led by the cuddly and succulent Tiger Tyson, the boys go at it for almost two hours.
Tiger is the best friend of Tony (Malice). Before going off to the gym for a workout, the pair watch Tony's roommate Eddy (Danny Rivera) get it on with his
latest fling. At the gym, Tiger spies on Tony as he gets an oral workout in the shower. In the climactic final scene, Tiger confesses his attraction to his friend. Unfortunately
the sound all but drops out, so his words are inaudible.
The result is predictable; Tiger and Tony explore the physical side of friendship. This scene is actually the least interesting: whatever chemistry the pair has
as friends is absent in bed. The hottest scenes are in the film's core. In a three-way session between Danny Rivera, Alvaro Perez, and T-Malone, Perez and T-Malone
take turns taking it at both ends, with Danny as top man. Another scorcher: Kaos simultaneously plugging Lito and fingering Nene in a room supposedly in a subway
station. (The incessant subway car squeals, added for realism, are annoying.)
The camera work, mostly good, can be clumsy, especially in blurry or jiggling close-ups that end up as tangles of unrecognizable body parts. Ceasar Lito, one of
the performers, also did some of the camera work; perhaps he's still learning. In any case, these defects are at times serious enough to distract the viewer from the
pure pleasure of watching these boys get busy.
