Bald, rock-bodied Maxx Diesel plays police veteran Harry Hard. Driven off the force for being queer, Hard has founded Cock Scene Investigators, "a private investigation firm specializing in using forensic techniques to solve gay, sex-related crime cases." As this muscle-intensive absurdity gets underway, a large, half-naked man is found sprawled on the pavement somewhere in L.A., a used condom wedged between his ass cheeks, a lube container and a double-headed dildo lying nearby. Summoned to the scene, Hard, CSI, discovers that the dazed, drugged victim is none other than his old adversary, the homophobic, closeted police commissioner (Arpad Miklos).

Searching for clues in the dungeon play-space at the Silverlake sex club Faultline, CSI employees Dan Rider and Maxx Summer take advantage of the amenities and fuck. Recreating the crime scene back at the office, CSI colleagues Robert Van Damme, Joey Russo, and Jeff Brooks break into a slurpy three-way. Finally, confronting the commissioner at a hot-sheets motel, Hard learns the seamy truth. Kristen Bjorn discovery Arpad Miklos, a darkly simmering Hungarian whose 215 pounds are distributed to perfection, makes a strange L.A. police commissioner, but his sexual presence in back-to-back encounters with Parker Williams and Diesel could hardly be better.
