Shaving Fan
Taking It All Off" [about shaving, March 2000, click here] is a truly outstanding article, not only informative but seductive as well. Excellently written! Kudos to Bill Andriette for a job well done.

Loose Lips? Sex Histories? Haiku? Subject: sucks ass
I wanna read all those hot rimming stories. I love to be rimmed too.

It is unclear if you are commenting on Blanche Poubelle's discourse on the potentially homophobic overtones of the idiom "to suck" ("Homophobia Sucks," March 2000, click here), referencing
Boyd McDonald's true homosexual histories (see archive), or merely composing your own ode to spring. In any case, you sentiments are appreciated and widely shared!
Doc Loves Bathhouse Feeling
"Bathhouse 101" [February 1999, click here] was an absolute perfect summary of all the features both physical and emotional about bathhouse sex. I identified with absolutely every aspect of it as I am
a regular and can vouch for all that was said.
It is unfortunate that the wonderful feeling that one gets in the baths usually is almost impossible to find outside of them. Part of that is explained by the secretive mystique of doing things with all sorts
of strangers and never to do it with the same one twice. I have seen people like that time and again. Even if they had a fantastic time with one for hours on a previous visit they will never go with that person a second time.
The article was perfect for the novice. If you would like, I have lots of things I could add to the topic to keep the place safe, too and I don't just mean by using rubbers. If you would like my input on how to
keep it safe inside a place like that from a physician (I am an MD) let me know and I will e-mail back a little essay of some tried and true lesser known practices to help keep oneself out of trouble. Thanks for the excellent writing.

Another Bathhouse Fan
After reading "Bathhouse 101" [February 1999, click here] I thought, put in a very human way, if the str8 press would pick this up (right, and I'll meet my perfect man tomorrow...) maybe these
activities would be accepted somewhat, but I thing you get my meaning.
Howard
hswimm1034@aol.com
Well, frankly Howard, your meaning isn't the clearest, but you seem to be suggesting that if only the straight press (which includes much of the gay press) would report sex issues honestly, many headaches and
heartaches could be avoided. Of course, we concur.
"It's Only Sex"
The Guide seems to be the only widely distributed publication which maintains a common sense, logical viewpoint relating to sex and all related topics. Does the general public get off better if sex has a taboo to it? The
USA sex taboo is really a laughing stock to most other societies, after all it's only
sex.

Sex Pros Love Sex Prose
Surfing the internet, we just ran into your site and were very pleasantly surprised by your editorial about sex and prostitution ["Pro Sex," April 1999, click here].
Right on! Thanks for spreading the thoughts. We're trying to set up a sex business here in Amsterdam founded on those same ideas. Not easy, but we love it. Good luck with your work.
