"I'm going to sell this house today!" vows real estate agent Zach Richards. He strips to his briefs and, paying homage to Annette Bening in American Beauty, gives the upscale two-story home he's trying to unload an obsessive cleaning. The first of a series of deadbeat prospective buyers are Kirk Kelly and Hawk McCallister, who get sidetracked in one of the bedrooms; they're followed in short order by Cody Foster, who tests the Jacuzzi and winds up sharing it with window washer Chad Donovan. Then a rich bastard with attitude (Logan Reed) shows up in the company of newcomer Nick Tyler, his apparent bodyguard, and subjects Richards to a round of coercive fucking while Tyler looks on and beats off. All three appear in the same shot only briefly, at the beginning of the sequence when Tyler remains fully clothed; the latter might not have even been on the set when the hardcore tussle between Reed and Richards was shot. Richards, a likable performer, does his best work in the fourth and final sex scene, where he's consoled by his boss, Cameron Sage, a reliable, angular blond who's becoming more relaxed before the camera as his porn career progresses. The rapport between Richards and Sage perks up a mostly uninvolving round of sex-by-numbers.
