Produced, photographed and directed by Blade Thompson. Edited by Koo-Koo Boy at Aries Post. Starring Sam Crockett, Paul Morgan, Kevin Kramer, Jason Nikas, Brett Williams, Eric Evans, Peter Bishop, and Dirk Adams.
How to order
Flinging their mortarboards in the air and waving their diplomas, best buddies Sam Crockett and Kevin Kramer come roistering home from their college commencement. Then Crockett tells Kramer that
he's joined the Navy. "I need self-discipline," he explains. "I want to get away... see things... feel like I'm a man...." Impulsively, they kiss. After a moment's hesitation, they throw off their graduation robes, peel off everything
else, and make slurpy love. They're supposed to be heretofore straight boys tasting the mysterious joys of gay sex, but they're not perceptibly challenged by the experiment.
Crockett is assigned to a battleship docked in San Diego. He and Kramer (whom we never see again) exchange romantic letters amid the witch hunts of the don't-ask-don't-tell era. When sneaky Seaman
Jason Nikas finds an incriminating letter under Crockett's bunk, Crockett responds to the threat of blackmail by giving Nikas a graphic demonstration of just what the letter is all about.
The best sexual moments, however, don't involve the Crockett/Kramer story line. Peter Bishop lures Paul Morgan and Dirk Adams away from their chores for a recreational break on his bunk; officer Eric
Evans catches Brett Williams swabbing a "special duty" area and immediately devises special duties for Williams to perform. This military-themed erotic potboiler isn't terrible, but the presence of a strong cast raises
expectations that aren't fulfilled.
