This ragged compilation offers bits and pieces-- sometimes only snippets-- from nine Toby Ross productions whose accurately descriptive titles include
Young Bazookas, Young Flashers, and Hung Twinks on
Wheels. Some of the material is more than ten years old. Only about three of the hacked-up scenes are sustained enough to invite viewer involvement. Relentlessly perky Brent Collins unites the fragments with
pseudo-documentary commentary speculating about which body types are likely signs of large cocks, whether men with pigeon-toed walks have the biggest equipment, and so forth. The in-your-face narration is meant to be funny, but
the effect is like being trapped on a bus with a garrulous mental case.
