How to order
While George Duroy, the force behind Bel Ami Entertainment, scouts locations in France, he leaves assistant Johan Paulik in charge of his house in Bratislava. Paulik, of course, throws a
party, combining a celebration of model Steve Jennings's birthday with a get-acquainted session for new performers. Director Marty Stevens whips up a convincingly festive atmosphere; 16
high-spirited young models throw confetti, blow noisemakers, eat a lot, get coltishly silly, and make a mess of Duroy's living room (assuming it
is Duroy's living room). A few models appear to
get happily crocked, and seem not to be acting.
Gilles Marais of belamionline goes around with a microphone interviewing pairs of partygoers, who then go off and have sex. When he teasingly asks a group of models if they'd like
to have "a little orgy," one young man retorts, "Why can't we have a
big orgy?" What a good idea, some viewers will think, salivating at the prospect. The sex scenes, however--
though directed, performed, and shot with Bel Ami's blend of verve and luminosity-- are all duos following the same basic template.
They sometimes feel like quickies; eight pairings interspersed with interviews and party footage may, in fact, add up to too many boys. But the lithe, uncircumcised models on
display range from very appealing to jaw-droppingly cute. The most memorable bit occurs in the fourth segment, where Marc Vidal pours champagne down his torso so that it runs off his penis
and into Gianni Fabian's mouth. Many viewers will regret that Johan Paulik (the towel boy in
Sauna Paradiso, 1994) and gorgeous, 30-ish Gilles Marais have non-sexual roles.
