How to order
The trophies in question are videotapes of four pairs of an unseen, uncredited narrator's casual acquaintances having sex. The best feature of this otherwise torpid production is that the models look at the camera and
make comments to the man behind it as they get it on. Since
Summer Trophies touches on the essence of porn exhibitionists putting on a show for voyeurs it's too bad it's not better. But this video's chief mission is to
promote bodybuilder Billy Herrington, a wooden actor whose most characteristic expression is a pursed-lipped scowl. Herrington has obviously invested a lot of time and energy into transforming himself into a giant, pumped-up
vinyl action figure. Unfairly, Herrington retains his professional name while the more human, more talented members of the cast, none of whom is clearly identified in the credits, are saddled with fictional monikers. But porn
fans will recognize, gratefully, the presence of Jack Reilly, Jake Armstrong, Luke Savage, Rob Steele, and others.
