Liked Bill Andriette's article. The world he conjures up is frightening and ultimately self-destructive. It is unfortunately our world, the real world. The points he makes about the market place's banalization of the human being, moving humanity away from the future seeding of diversity, makes you wonder whether such ecological problems as the disappearance of bees and cross-polinization are not lesser evils than the imprint of universal fear to ensure a sterile, non-diverse, human format. The comparison between terrified Jews under Hitler and today's terrified, and pre-condemned, pedophiles, rings true. Totalitarianism is blind, and meaningless tyrany. It cannot be met head-on. It has no head, no thought, nor feeling, nor humanity. As long as people are writing like Bill Andriette, we know it is not quite here yet. Again, thank you.
