The Supreme Court

It is not true that the Supreme Court outlawed sodomy. They only ruled there was nothing in the Constitution to prevent the states from outlawing it. This may seem strange from the same institution that decided that abortion was a fundamental right. But the problem is that many justices tend to interpret the Constitution's very vague language to get the result they would like. The perfect example of this is Bush vs. Gore. I personally believe the purpose of the judiciary is to apply the law, not encact it.
