Baltimore was and remains a garden for gay men looking for confused younger men. the city has changed in the past three decades. more people with better housing and jobs then back then. but American dominance and all that jazz.
think that Frank missed this reality. the poverty that fueled his salad days is much lessened. this baltimorean thinks that is a good thing.
"socialist" hustlers on Mt Vernon may have seemed romantic to some but the harsh truth of their situation was not.
called progress frank. Baltimore evolves with the centuries. nothing really changes as fast as three decades. except the superficial.
