This downtown neighborhood bar, "the" corner on Stark since 1979, has moved to a brand new location just up the street, but they continue the tradition as Portland's premier men's bar, with unbeatable service and atmosphere. The full bar includes a selection of fine beers, including local Northwest microbrews. The new facility has pool tables, online games, lottery, on-site ATM, and a wall of windows with sliding-doors that open to sidewalk tables on Stark Street. Scandals gets steady traffic all afternoon, becoming busiest in early evenings with a handsome male crowd that peaks from around 9:30pm on. Visitors may marvel at the friendliness and hospitality here. They're open noon to 2:30am, with nightly specials, especially popular on Sunday nights. There are DJs here Thursdays through Sundays, and dancing on Friday and Saturday nights (plus special Sundays)....
