Dawn ill-remembers a childhood joke, the punchline to which involved God, in the form of a rooster, queried as to why every guy only had one penis: "A cock a dude'll do," replied the chicken deity.
Well, not always, according to news from India.
Reuters reports that an Indian businessman born with two penises wants one of them surgically removed since he wants to marry and lead a "normal sexual life."
According to the article, diphallusism is rare, but not unheard of; about one in 5.5 million men is born with two penises. What make the man in this New Delhi case so unusual is that both his penises are fully functioning.
A surgeon was quoted as saying that surgical removal of one of the man's penises (Dawn cringes simply typing the words...) will be challenging, since it will be imperative to retain proper blood flow to its twin.
The article did not say if the unnamed man has up-till-now been enjoying an "abnormal sex life," nor what his masturbatory practices may be.
