There's a full moon. A leather-clad figure (Nino Bacci) glides through L.A. in a sleek black hearse, stopping to offer a couple of young male hustlers (Antonio Madeira and Andy Kirra) $500 for the privilege of watching them fuck. Viewers familiar with Dracula and its many spin-offs won't be surprised to find out later that the driver's name is Renfield.

Carrying on in the hearse, Madeira and Kirra spot a surveillance camera and realize that their performance is reaching a wider audience. After everyone comes, the driver whisks the pair away to the lair of Dr. Rod Barry, a mad scientist who harbors and exploits a vampire twin. (The plot fuses ultra-warped sibling rivalry, weird fraternal reciprocity, and the occult.) There, for Dr. Barry's delectation, a straitjacketed Kirra is lovingly worked over by Bacci in a padded cell, and the vampire feasts on Madeira's blood. Later on, the undead Madeira emerges from a coffin for a three-way with Bacci and gravedigger Trevor Knight; Kirra, after apparently killing Dr. Barry by bopping him with a metal T-square, is whisked away by the doctor's fang-faced brother.

Despite some detailed though numbing exposition (and good performances by Barry in his dual role), the overloaded story doesn't quite make sense. Michael Zen's direction is shaky during dialogue scenes; bursts of violence are lamely staged. But some of the five sex scenes, especially the beautifully composed hearse sequence, are riveting and intense. Nino Bacci's session with captive Andy Kirra begins with the most erotic tongue-kissing passage in recent memory, includes worshipful attention to feet and toes, and ends with Bacci licking his own semen off Kirra's right foot.
