Dax Kelly is a slave to his passions. "Surfer dick," he sighs. "Damn! Just can't get enough." By day, he haunts a surfside public restroom. At night, he revisits his favorite tearoom in dreams. In the first segment, a prologue
that runs for 25 minutes before we finally come to the opening credits, Kelly dreams he's sitting in a toilet stall watching a vigorous three-way among Luke Walker, Rod Barry, and Sam Dixon as "Tom Halter, the hottest surfer
on Malibu Beach." Dixon first appears standing godlike on top of a lavatory sink in his clinging latex wetsuit, and you know at once that he's special. "I'd kill to lick the sand off his board," Kelly muses at least twice.
There are three additional sex scenes. Kelly and the impressively hung Todd Stevens manage to strike a few sparks; there's a startling shot of Stevens bending down to join Kelly in licking his own cock. A
scene involving Kelly, a glory hole, Brett Winters, Nikki Bravo and Zachary Alexander falls apart when Dixon interrupts. The inevitable tryst between Dixon and Kelly, though attractively shot, seems anticlimactic. It's evidently
not enough for Kelly, who heads right back to that Malibu restroom as soon as it's over.
