Folsom Street Fair: Peter's cross to bear

Dawn has never cared for Nancy Pelosi, but if folks are to be judged by their enemies, Dawn's estimation of Madam Speaker went up a few notches after reading a press release from Peter LaBarbera, head of the
one-man Americans For Truth About Homosexuality, a group "devoted exclusively to exposing and countering the homosexual activist agenda." Peter is upset, or claims to be, that Nancy has not condemned the Folsom Street Fair,
an annual event in San Francisco wherein all things fetish are on relatively public display. According to Peter, Nancy -- by refusing to oppose the FSF -- condones "public sex, child abuse, and anti-Christian hate" (that last
accusation a result of the FSF's promo poster which parodied DaVinci's "Last Supper"). Peter has peddled his homo-obsession on Fox News
(sic), and maintains an impressive collection of what he himself terms "gay porn" at his
website,
Americansfortruth.com.
Peter, darling: Dawn has a few words to reflect upon: Mark Foley... Ted Haggard... Larry Craig....
