Michael Petrelis's blog (mpetrelis. blogspot.com) relays (from
AARP Magazine) a quote from ex-Secretary of State Colin Powell regarding VP Dick "Source of All Evil" Cheney's management style: "He was tough,
demanding, and when he thought I was out of line, he snapped my garters."
Hmmmmmmm. Dawn has a hard time imagining Dick getting anywhere Condi's garters-- she'd flail him with a cat o' nine tails. (Unless, of course, he was drunk and armed....)
