Thanks to the regular reader who sent in a delightful newsclip from an on-line South African paper.
At something called the Tzaneen Mall in the Limpopo district of the country, police have been called in to respond to complaints from female shoppers that gangs of teenage street boys follow them about, offering compliments and brazenly masturbating in full view
of anyone who cares to watch.
Now, to Dawn and any sensible person-- teen boys brandishing what are undoubtedly steel hard boners ready to fire would prove an allure greater than any "automatic mark-down sale" or similar tawdry promotion offered by some peddlers: in a rational world,
the Tzaneen Mall would widely circulate the knowledge that horny exhibitionists were part of the window shopping to be enjoyed at their establishment.
But the women being admired took a different view and called the cops.
To their credit, the Limpopo police refused to do anything to the jackoffsters, noting sensibly that since they hadn't touched anyone, no real crime had been committed.
One vegetable-vending woman at the mall actually applauded the masturbating boys but for the wrong reason. The VVW thought the boys would serve as a deterrent to women daring enough to wear shameful miniskirts in public.
