Support for marijuana legalization among college freshmen has grown from 17 percent in 1989 to 35 percent in 1997. And marijuana use among high school seniors has jumped from 33 percent in 1992 to
over 50 percent now. Dawn would like to believe these stats reflect a growing youth culture more alienated from the law and order mania fomented by Bill "Didn't Inhale/Come" Clinton, Janet "Incinerator General" Reno, and
Al "Gag the Kiddies" Gore.
