How to order
Chip Daniels of Centaur Films has recently transferred some of his late-'90s releases to DVD. Particularly worth revisiting is this 1996 look at what heat-seeking California firefighters do between blazes. Hot Firemen has a high professional gloss, with archival footage of
California brushfires worked in almost seamlessly. There are strong one-on-one scenes-- Sam Crockett and Alex Kincaid, Johnny Hansen and J.T. Sloan-- but the model who glues this production together is young, red-haired Will Clark. He appears as a rookie fireman harboring groundless
fears that because he's gay, his colleagues won't accept him. This storyline eventually aborts, but not before Clark has been fucked by helpful friend Chris Anthony, and put through rigorous training (on and near a cot) by fellow firefighters Paul Carrigan and Kyle Reardon. A journalist
and AIDS activist, Clark now performs, looking hotter than ever, in edgier productions like Raging Stallion's Red Star. It's startling to compare the foxy über-bottom of 2004 with the fresh-faced lad of eight short years ago.
