How to order
It's raining, raining, raining in Southern California, and the young gay men who inhabit Rod Barrett's apartment block are turning to indoor pursuits. Barrett himself is moping around complaining about the weather, the absence of his boyfriend, who's stuck at work, and the necessity of studying for his upcoming Human Sexuality exam. (Can this be the same Human Sexuality course that figured in the recent Cramming for the Big One?) Various neighbors intrude on Barrett's gloom and make him hornier. Corky Adams stops by with groceries and chats long enough to reveal that he has a trick waiting for him at his apartment. Richie Fine turns up shirtless, falling out of his pants, and asks for condoms. Ricky Price appears at Barrett's door wearing only a pot holder, and asks to borrow his lube.
Naked, smiling Price delivers more of an erotic charge when he's alone with his pot holder than when he's grappling in bed with Jake Armstrong. The sex in this Rick Lawrence opus, four duos and a solo, is mostly pro forma. The hottest performer is waifish Richie Fine, whose unexpectedly huge cock responds well to Zack Alexander's ministrations. Though it starts with hungry reciprocal sucking, Barrett's eventual sex scene with Strong soon drifts into a lengthy, expressionless clockwork fuck. Long before the end of its 70 bland minutes, you may feel that It's Raining Men is a washout.
