Judging by looks (unfair, but who doesn't?), Special Inquisitor Ken Starr seems a Presbyterian. So Dawn wasn't surprised to learn that the Presbyterian Church has passed a "Fidelity and Chastity
Amendment" that bans unmarried folks who fornicate from Presbyterian clergyhood. Too bad; people who don't get sex (or only get it in furtive shamefulness) run, in Dawn's observation, a high risk of ending up like Ken Starr.
