Dawn has heard from a source of questionable authority that the US Postal Service is having trouble with the new George W. Bush postage stamp, created to honor his
first-term achievements. It seems postal patrons have reported that the stamp is defective, that it will not adhere to envelopes. Furious, the President ordered an investigation. After a month of
study, the presidential commission concluded 1) the stamp is in perfect order, 2) there is nothing faulty with the adhesive used, and 3) people are simply spitting on the wrong side....
