Jews, persecuted for centuries, want a secure homeland, while Palestinians resent being displaced from what they, not unjustly, consider their land. Without wading into the contentious issues involved, Dawn offers a pragmatic solution to this political question that has vexed for years: why not let both groups share the vast open spaces of Utah? The Levant would be improved by new-found peace, while the political and religious climate of Utah would also ratchet up. If the two groups cannot share a single state, Dawn suggests letting them flip for Utah and Idaho....
