I listened to our Oklahoma US Senator of the Kennedy/Johnson Era talk this past week. He was even Robert Kennedy’s Seatmate in the Senate. He was one of my heroes as a young man. He was saying things most of us young people were scared to say.
Fred Harris told us that he knew John Kerry back then and that he even came to his house before he appeared before the Senate and that he was a sincere and thoughtful man, maybe too much so. He said, “Kerry is a good man. We need him”. I will trust Fred Harris’s judgment and do all I can to see we elect John Kerry. I hope you will also.
Please Vote for John Kerry on November the 2nd if for no other reason so we can take a breather from these mad men in the White House now.
