And finally, thanks to the reader who sent a quote from Tela Mange (whose name sounds like something requiring a medicated ointment), a spokeswoman for the Texas Department of Public Safety: "If you commit a sex
crime in Texas, you're considered an adult." Ms. Mange went on to note that some 2,000 of the state's 35,000 sex offenders are juveniles. But of course, Ms. Mange's "logic" contains an inherent fallacy when two juveniles have
sex: if they become adults for raping each other, how can either be guilty of child rape? Take for example 4'9", 13-year-old Chevy Lee Driggars. He's required to register with Texas for life because he fooled around with an
