Dawn is all for a diversity of sexual options. Thus, frottage-promoter Bill Weintraub's on-line (available at www.heroichomosex.com/crw/frot/365gay.html) protestation that homos are over-focused on anal sex intrigued.

Noting that sexual choices are often culturally determined, Weintraub sketches the shifts in sexual fashion among gay men since the 1950s. Weintraub maintains that oral sex was most popular in the 50s and 60s, with buttsex aficionados sometimes derided as "brownie queens." He blames the gay movement's assimilation into mainstream culture in the mid-70s for a new emphasis on fucking, sex imitative of hetero coupling. "Over the last 25 years most gay men have come to believe that 'if sex isn't anal, it isn't really gay,'" Weintraub contends.

Now, Dawn adores buttsex, but has sympathy for anyone seeking to expand sexual offerings. Weintraub's shtick is frottage, which he also calls "cock-rubbing." He writes that his preferred mode of sexual expression is to rub his erect cock against another man's, rather than to engage in anal intercourse, "despite a consensus that began to develop within the gay-male community not long after I came out that anal intercourse was the culminating male-male sexual act, and that anything less was at best just foreplay, if not sexually immature.
